2. Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, plus limited technical data that is standard for any website.

Information collected automatically

Our lawful basis is your consent (which you give by contacting us) and the performance of any agreement we enter into with you. You may withdraw consent at any time — see section 6.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, and only as far as necessary:

Some of these providers are located outside South Africa. Where personal information is transferred across borders, it is protected in line with POPIA's requirements for cross-border transfers.
5. Security & retention
We take reasonable and appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, unauthorised access, and misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
We keep your information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for — for example, to handle your enquiry and any resulting project — and thereafter for as long as required by law, after which it is securely deleted.
6. Your rights under POPIA
You have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you and request access to it;
- Ask us to correct or update information that is inaccurate;
